Offers a Flexible Bonding and Sealing Solution 3M™ Weatherban™ Ribbon Sealant PF 5423 offers outstanding resistance to weathering, and develops good adhesion to glass, metal, and most other surfaces. It is often used for applications demanding high tack, aggressive adhesion, weather resistance and flexibility. Protective liner and sealant are different widths for easy release, with no special equipment required for application. Sealant stays in position on vertical or overhead surfaces, and is repositionable during application. It builds aggressive adhesion over time.
