Scotch 23 Electrical Tape is a highly conformable, self-fusing Ethylene Propylene Rubber based high-insulating voltage tape. It is without halogen, it resists in the UV and ozone and is not vulcanized. It is compatible with all the synthetic insulations cables and with the paper insulations cables with migrant material. The turns of the tape weld together in an homogeneous form after application.
