Most firm XP wheel with exceptional durability and relatively good feel. Convolutely wound on a core. Hard, durable 11 density. Abrasive mineral: Fine grade silicon carbide.
The EXL family of wheels is designed for a broad variety of critical deburring and finishing applications. Unique resin system helps minimize smearing and allow these wheels to exhibit superior performance on stainless steel, titanium and nickel alloys.
These wheels are typically used on stationary machinery, and are available in diameters of 4" and above and widths of 1/2" and greater. The 3 dimensional web wrapped around a core creates consistent finishes and can be used to radius edges.
