The Hysol® 175-SPRAY-HT is an industrial grade, hand-held pneumatic hot melt applicator used for dispensing 1.75 inch diameter polyamide sticks. The operating temperature of the unit is set at 195°C. By using the air adjustment control, the dispense pattern can be varied from a narrow to a wide spiral spray pattern. The dispense quantity and timing are manually controlled with the trigger mechanism. Pneumatically powered dispensing reduces operator fatigue. A standard wide spray nozzle and dispenser stand are included as part of the system.
